Pre-primary at National Public-School Whitefield, follows the Kindergarten method of teaching, for the Early Learners. Children learn through fun-filled and engaging activities which involve music and movement, art and craft and several hands-on activities. The important skills that are focused during their early learning years are Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Communication, Social and Thinking skills. The structured Library Reading Program develops reading skills and makes them confident young readers. The curriculum is planned keeping in mind all the Multiple Intelligences, Integrating Technology, Cooperative Learning structures and Differentiated Instructions to make it child centric.

Co-Scholastic activities are conducted during school hours and are part of the time-table.

NPS Whitefield hosts a state-of-the-art secured internet-based portal – NPS Connect that also allows parents to easily keep track of their children’s progress in school. This service provides parents with up-to-date information to ensure that parents stay better informed about their children’s activities. NPS Whitefield values parental involvement and this is an additional system NPS Whitefield uses to create a stronger relationship between parents and our school community.

School has Summer, Dussehra and Christmas breaks.
