6F Class Assembly - Starve Your Distractions Feed Your Focus

"Starve your distractions, feed your focus" is a phrase that means to focus on your tasks and avoid distractions to be more productive and successful. This thought was popularized by psychologist and behavioural science journalist Dr. Daniel Goleman in his book ‘Emotional Intelligence’.

In today's fast-paced and highly connected world, our attention is constantly being pulled in multiple directions. Based on this theme, the students of Class 6F performed a wonderful skit to show that how these distractions mislead the young minds to achieve their goals. A student of Class 6F recited a self-written poem - ‘Lost in the Digital Ocean’. They also performed a beautiful dance to show, how to achieve their LAKSHYA despite many hurdles that they face in their life. Overall, it was a splendid assembly presented by 6F students.
