8D Class Assembly – Exhale the past and inhale the future

Students of class 8D presented the morning assembly on the topic “Exhale the past and inhale the future”.

The underlining theme of the assembly was that the failure of the past should never discourage our participation in future activities because the exposure and learnings obtained will be of great help. It also tells us that our actions must never be dependent on the doings of others. Rather, we must act selflessly and with compassion regardless of other's behaviour towards us.

The assembly included a skit titled ‘A Christmas Carol’ which was the story of a grumpy and selfish man named ‘Scrooge’ who mended his ways and learned his lesson before it was too late. The thought provoking skit was followed by a melodious song. The assembly was concluded with an inspiring thought for the day.

On the whole, the assembly was well presented and enjoyed by all.
