11B Class Assembly – Positive effects of music

The theme for the class assembly of 11 B was 'Music'. The hosts greeted the audience and introduced the subject for the assembly.  The thought for the day was - “Music is the shorthand of emotion. Where words fail, music speaks and binds the entire Universe”, which had set a tone for the day. This was followed by News-reading - National, International, Sports and School Events. A speech on the evolution/history of music was presented by the two students of 11 B. Whereas, the other two students from the class, spoke about the significant figures in Music, their contributions towards the society and the benefits of  listening to music, as it has its unique power over one's physical, mental, and emotional health. Finally, the choir group had played an enthralling number from the Golden era of 1980’s, which mesmerized the audience and was appreciated by all. The hosts signed off, with a thank you note. The entire class participated in the class assembly and each student contributed their hard work and dedication towards making the assembly a successful one. Thus, displaying an efficient and grand teamwork.
